cake and coffee the best

lovely cake and coffee didnt eat in the restaurant as its to crowded tables to close all squashed in like sardines

Great service and lovely items

Every time we have visited the service and any product we have had have been great. The café is lovely, service has always been spot on. We have also had items delivered and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we got the items when we needed them. This years Christmas display is also wonderful. I take the family on a regular basis now as it's clean, tidy and a joy to walk around.

Friendly Garden Centre

Well after reading other peoples unpleasant comments I felt I had to say something

We have visited several times and have found the staff very helpful and nothing was to much trouble

We recommend this Garden Centre and its staff...vey clean...friendly...helpful and will continue to visit on a weekly basis....food good and good seating area in the Resaurant. so take no notice of the unruly commenst by the minority of a couple of people....Love it Dave & Lesley

Very friendly and so helpful

I visited this store about 6 years ago and have not been back since, after hearing on the local radio about all its new refubished restaurant and orangery I thought I would return and take a look, Unbelievable it has increased so much in size and so clean organised with such a lovely range of affordable products and such friendly helpful staff, a very enjoyable experience.

Great until they get your money

Very helpful until you have paid, then couldn't care less. We ordered a several items in April, a paving set being one item which was delivered had a couple of damaged slabs. It is now 11th August and am still waiting for the replacements to be delivered. They do not return your calls, they only act when you are stood in front of them. The last time we called we had the manager complaining to us about how difficult it will be to deliver the slabs to us, if wasn't difficult when we placed the order totaling over 700 pounds.
