Had a damp problem fixed in my house. Very clean and tidy work, they did what they said they would do in the time that they said. No problems since. Would highly recommend.

Not impressed

Down Property Care came to our house and "diagnosed" the damp in our kitchen/bathroom walls. They wrote a confusing report as to the cause of the damp and charged us £60 for this. They quoted us £1050 in order to rectify the problem. Since we simply didn't have that kind of money we asked three other property companies to visit us and double-check the issue. We have now re-tiled the bathroom, changed the shower and sealed all cracks. The damp meter we purchased now shows that our walls our bone dry. Total cost: £210. I will not be using Down Property Care's services again.
