Having had good and reliable service from these people previously, we contacted them to sort out our heated towel rail which had come away from the wall, we were quite prepared to have a new upgraded unit fitted. The gent who came to see us was very pleasant and intimated he could obtain a replacement pretty quickly and said he could fit it on the following tuesday. We never heard from him again and when I contacted the office to find out the latest, the message I left on their answerphone was totally ignored. We will never use this company again.

We asked them to attend an issue at a tenanted property, and they did, solving the immediate issue and then said they would quote for the follow up work required.
the tenant was really pleased with the team that attended and the landlord was pleased it was all going to be sorted by a seemingly good contractor.
But over a month down the line and they have still failed to provide the promised quote.
We have called and e-mailed and keep being told its coming, its being sorted, the person who deals with it is not in but try tomorrow....
Surely your either want the work or you do not - I do not understand who you can operate like this.
The tenant and landlord have since had enough and we are seeking quotes from other contractors as we are disgusted at having been fobbed off for so long.
As a result we would not recommend contacting them as they don't seem interested in the work or the customers.
