Left us waiting 40 minutes in the middle of nowhere in total darkness. When they finally picked us up the driver was rude, aggressive and when we complained the driver threatened us by stopping the taxi and saying we could walk.
Absolutely Shocking.

Do not use this taxi firm, we booked a wheelchair taxi to take my 96 yr old Auntie out for Sunday lunch for a Xmas present. We booked well in advance and checked with them a few days before to confirm the booking, two hours before the appointment they rang the care home where my Auntie resides to cancel because of the "weather" (there was a sprinkling of snow on the fields but absolutely nothing on the roads ). They did not have the courtesy to ring us so we knew nothing of the "cancellation " till we arrived at the care home to accompany her to the restaurant. We had no chance to find an alternative so a very disappointed 96 yr old missed out on something she had been looking forwards to for weeks.
Incompetent behond belief, personally I believe they couldn't be bothered and cared even less.

They didn't want to take my ride because it was too early on a Saturday morning ( 7-45!!!).

Pre-booked (and overpriced) minibus taking us to a special occasion in a rural location didn't turn up. Unhelpful in the extreme when we rang up to query the no-show, and claimed we had never booked! The worst of the worst, avoid like the plague.
