Much of the meat is sourced locally including from our own farms, keeping the food miles to a minimum and guaranteeing the provenance of the meat.

At Douglas Willis we believe that farming and butchery go hand in hand which is why our experience and knowledge has been handed down through three generations, maintaining the highest quality of meat for our all discerning customers.

Our priority is livestock which is why we believe in their quality of life. We constantly ensure they are cared for in excellent conditions and are free to graze all year round.

All our meat is personally sourced locally by Greg and Douglas Willis to ensure it meets their strict guidelines and high standards, which have not altered in 60 years.
