Very poor communication, ignored email and multiple voicemail messages asking for updates. Do yourself a favour and find another surveyor

Expelled from the RICS !

Don't use this man - my house was purchased for £280,000 - its now worth £75,000 becuase it has severe subsidence. He said that polyfilla would put right the cracks. Offered us £500 as a good will gesture when tackled about the problems and his report. We are now living in rented accommodation whilst the insurance company try to fix the damage - it is highly unlikely that we will be able to sell our home becuase of the incomptence of this man. No wonder he has been expelled by the RICS for not dealing with complaints properly. Oh and its going to cost our insurance company around £250K to put right everything this man told us not to worry about
