A fantastic job done on our kitchen, 5 star service. Would recommend to anybody. Friendly, professional and I will definitely be using Taylor’s tiles again

We first rang Doug Taylor tiling 2 months ago to do some new bathroom wall tiling as well as get someone back to relay some slate kitchen flooring that has now cracked and grouting that has come away from bathroom floor tiles. No one returned our calls even though we rang 2-3 times per week. Eventually, after 4 weeks, Phil rang us back and arranged to visit on the Saturday - he didn't turn up so we had to ring again. This time Doug agreed to visit which he did. He said that he would ring to arrange to do the work. He's still not rung or come back. They may be busy but if they'd returned our call 2 months ago, we may have got a proper date to do the work by now. Can only think they don't like having to redo their original poor workmanship. No wonder so many local tradesmen have since told us that they go elsewhere for their tiling
