Friendly service, efficient and excellent workmanship. Will be a loyal customer for many years to come, we've been using them for 5 years and never had a single issue. When we've had emergencies or difficulties they're fast to respond and will call you later to check in.

Hopeless, the boss turned up, did nothing and couldn’t even be bothered to get his staff to come on what was the coldest day in about ten years. We had no heating, and his response was atrocious, doesn’t even deserve one star.

Employed him to install new loo and sink - complete bodge job - resulting leak/flood ruined brand new solid oak floor in 2 rooms - months of distress and upheaval to repair and he has been nothing but rude and won't even co-operate with insurance company - good luck if you have the misfortune to let his company in the house...

Misson the point of customer service

I've used this company on many occasions. In the past they'd done an excellent job replacing and servicing our boiler at a previous property. I presumed I’d receive the same level of professionalism going forward where plumbing work was required on a new property.

Upon request someone came out promptly and assessed the job. I was verbally given reasonable rates and assurances that the work could be carried out in the time frame required, specifically before we moved into the property. The problem came when I asked for a written confirmation of these prices. I had to constantly harangue the company in order to get a written quote price I'd requested. When I did eventually get the quote it varied vastly from the figures and costs I’d been told when the job was assessed. When I asked, quite reasonably, for a substantiation and explanation of these differences my phone calls and texts were ignored, eventually leaving me with no option but to cancel the work.

This process dragged ever closer to our moving date and has now left my family, including two young children, in a very difficult position. The likelihood is we will now have to move into our new house without having the work completed potentially causing further upheaval.

There would have been a time when I’d have wholeheartedly recommended this company to friends and family due to the very high standard of service and courtesy provided by their call-out engineers. Unfortunately the same standards aren't always present when dealing with the administrative staff.

Very unprofessional service

Requested a quote to install a water softener from this supplier and he sent out one of his team promptly the next day. The representative spent less than 5 minutes in the house and he said it should be pretty straight forward. After calling the company back 3 or 4 times trying to find out where the quote was, eventually I received it over the phone almost 2 weeks later. Now the job was "a days work" and "lots of messing about" and also several hundred pounds. When I asked about a break-down on the price I was told "never mind that" and when i started to ask a question the phone was put down on me - very unprofessional. If a company doesn't want to do a job they should just say so.
