We operate small vans alongside fully equipped response bikes to aid in avoiding heavy summer traffic. We have been serving both NHS staff and police staff for many years. Perfect all round. I'm saying this even though the car was not completely back to normal and fixed James done his best and even donated his own free time to assist with fixing the issue. I had a complicated issue with timing and other bits that other garages did badly.
James took the job on when four garages to refused the job.
James was very personable, highly intelligent, accommodating, punctual, contactable and funny with some good stories to tell. All what you want and more in mechanic and more. My car unfortunately has to be sold as spares and repairs if not someone can buy and fix it. James did all he could to save the engine but the previous garages recked a perfectly good engine. James made it run well to sell to someone who wants to put money on it.
James offers a highly professional, competitive and honest service.
He didn't mind me loitering around asking questions and find out more as long as I provided cups of tea haha.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your kind review.Im shocked that the garaged charged for parts not fitted and the work they carried out was shocking . Bolts not done up.oil ways blocked with excessive use of gasket sealant. I always try to save engines where and when I can.And offered free help to try and help customers out. However there has to be a time when I feel I can do no more. I was able to get it running however it has faults that are simply not worth investing more money.

Top class service came out straight away and sorted my vehicle at the road side. I felt I paid a fair price and they go above and beyond and will even come out at 4am at no extra charge. As they say the proof is in the pudding.

This is the third visit from James since 2021. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 5 stars isn't enough. So grateful to have a home visit because this time my car couldn't be driven. James goes above & beyond & is trustworthy.

Hopeless

Don’t bother if you live in hampshire despite it being in their name and their website saying they cover so postcode. They don’t even though they give quotes and know the car. Then make excuses about why they can’t come out.
Shame used to be good. Now hopeless.
PS they have come out last year to fix my car in so postcode
PPS their response: mechanic did not know bmw i3 is an electric car!!

When you are told over the phone we cant undertake your booking and you decide with this information to go ahead and still book on line the situation hasn't changed. Being rude to our office staff means that we are less likely to be of assistance to you.
