Disastrous service

Dorian Plumbing was recommended to me but alas communication isn't their strong point, they came when they didn't say they were coming and then I waited two days for them to come but no-one arrived or called or even texted to say sorry I can't make it.

It's great that they can afford to pick and choose who they want to service, even if it means letting down and disappointing the customer.
