I just got in from shopping at 8pm Saturday next thing I knew the door handle had broken in my hand and wasn’t locking at all , I rang ‘Doorcall’ and Neil straight away answered explained to me how to fix and secure the door for the night , living in moss -side I was worried sick But Neil was there to help me through he was very patient and told me not to worry he helped me to secure the door for the night , the next morning Neil got there on time fixed my door and happy days, no mess no worries and great price and Service , thank you Neil you have a Golden heart, not many like you in the world ,..God Bless .

I contacted Neil on WhatsApp to see if he could fix a Metal Door l couldn’t open fully and Coat Rack of Cask Iron Hooks. I booked with Debbie who was friendly and efficient. The door he was unable to do, but kindly gave me a number for Dave from D H Bespoke Gates Ltd. Who were able to do it. The Coat Rack was well placed after careful measurement of the wall and skirting. It looks great. I also had a cupboard with a wooden door in the cellar l could not open. He planed the door to perfection and even told me what to use to stop it swelling again. Neil is friendly, knowledgeable and does great work. I have more jobs lined up. I have used Doorcall previously to fit snap locks so when I ran into a bit of bother recently I knew exactly who to call. I rang and spoke to Debbie who said Neil would swing by within a few hours to take a look at the issue for me. He did exactly that and although he couldn't sort the issue there and then as bigger than expected him and Debbie quickly made space for me so Neil could come back and sort it. Although the job was tricky Neil kept a cool head and got the job done and I felt reassured as any work I have ever had done by the husband and wife duo I have felt fully confident in. Thank you so much, I cant tell you how relieved I was to get the issue sorted so thank you to you both :)

Neil fitted us in next day to come and help with sticking composite door. Quick and efficient service and no mess left behind
