We joined Door2door as soon as they got a license, knowing the quality of the pharmacists work in the Sainsbury's before they closed. We have had excellent service, we order ourselves online, items often arriving within a couple hours but always within 24, or receiving a call to say why there had been a delay. Any issues between the doctors ordering system and delivery are quickly resolved. They take great pains to source brands that suit me and were not put off by expensive items on a prescription as some local pharmacies were when my husband was prescribed one. The delivery driver is cheerful and manages to get to us in the worse weather, altogether an efficient team, always happy to give advice and a pleasure to deal with.
