Dooleys HiFi is an independent dealership in Macclesfield, established over 70 years ago by the late Philip Dooley, an electronics and television engineer.
This small family run business, is managed by Philip’s son David. Over the years David has expanded the business to offer customers a range of services and a selection of equipment from top brands of audio and visual manufacturers.
Dooleys-HiFi are able to give customers advice on 2 channel audio, home cinema and multi-room systems, from design through to installation. Dooleys-HiFi sell a wide range of audio equipment from Compact Disc players, amplifiers, tuners, A/V Receivers, loudspeakers, Network streamers, headphones, Panasonic and Mitchell & Brown television sets etc. They also have their own workshop and are able to service a wide range of audio and visual equipment.

5I listened to them in the shop, but had the added reassurance that if I wasn't completely happy with them in my home, I could bring them back. No chance of that - they are perfect for my needs.
Left to my own devices I just know I would have ended up spending more and enjoying the result less. Once my requirements were established and understood, I was politely but firmly steered away from the more expensive and larger DM606 I had also been considering, and am so glad that I was!
I felt no pressure to purchase, but with a price equal to the cheapest available on the internet anyway it was a no brainer. I would recommend anyone mulling any hifi decisions to go and talk to the friendly expertly knowledgeable chaps in Dooley's. I am certainly glad that I did.
