Don’t eat here

If I could write 0 I would. The staff were very rude and ineffectual. The good was average. Would not recommend.

...tasteless & pricey

Probably the worst tapas we have eaten at. Food very basic, swimming in oil & tasteless. Quite pricey for the sub-standard food quality. The staff were friendly enough apart from an older surly waiter who didn't crack a smile...until I saw him cracking jokes with one of his co-workers at the back of the restaurant on my way to the washroom. Would not waste your money here.

Fantastic food, always served with a smile and a flourish. Quick service, happy to serve you before or after the theatre and they don't rush you out.

Excellent for children, mine eat off the tapas menu, but there is a children's menu available.

Authentic Spanish food and plenty of choice in the wine, good quality for a celebration or good value for any other time.

Who could ask for anything else?

Not very refined nor cheap, but okay

Not that great but ok for an evening with friends. Should be cheaper given the quality though.

Don Fernando Spanish Tapas

1
Really disappointed. Overpriced at £16.95 per head for a 'selection' that was soggy, oily, and served on a bed of limp iceberg lettuce. A few slabs of meat, oily chorizo, soggy onion rings. Staff were friendly but that was it. Left with a lighter wallet - having walked past the place many many times and enjoyed tapas food in the past I had been curious about it for ages as the place looks good. Go to Wagamama or Giraffe instead, they are only round the corner.
