We waited 3 hours for our pizza. Unacceptable. When we phoned. To find out what was going on, it was not dealt with well by the branch.

Everything was AWFUL!

Waited over an hour for our food order which was only 2 dominoes cookies and drinks - even after receiving a text saying our order was 'out for delivery'. When I phoned to see where the order was, it hadn't even been made yet! Food arrived nearly another hour later cold and disgusting.

We have been kept waiting for over an hour (60mins) also then found plastic in!!! Disgusting head office then never replied to my messages when I complained!!!
