Poor delivery driver

I Ordered 2 pizza’s from here, took 1hr 45mins and 3 phone calls later and still the driver couldn’t find my address so had to cancel the order. Definitely not ordering from Meir hay again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

TERRIBLE

If I could give it a 0 I would. Went here Saturday (4 days ago) and been off work and in bed ill ever since. Also rang to make a complaint on the Monday, was told manager would be in contact within the hour as they were very busy... never did.

Ridiculously rude don’t bother !!!!

Ordered to pickup got there handed us a gluten free pizza and upon telling them that that wasn’t our order and certainly not gluten free staff got very patronising insisting it must be what we ordered even if by mistake saying we must have clicked wrong assured them that wasn’t the case seeing as our order was to feed 6 so a lot bigger I’m sure we’d have realised the young girl got the manager who was just as rude as the rest of his staff and when asked to be refunded they even tryed to argue that insisting they could redo order seriously need completely new staff or serious re training put in place not even worth the 1 star had to put just to let me put on with review 😡
