Domino's Pizza

Total rip off. Will never use again

The newly opened Pizza Hut, opened Monday 15th February, 21 Huntingdon Street just down the road from Dominoes, doesn't hold a candle to the long established Dominoes. In fact, having been open for nearly a week (Pizza Hut) they're already turning away customers and not answering phone calls. I tried ringing 7 times and each call lasted several minutes where it just rang out until the call dropped, or at times it gave a busy signal... So perhaps they were selective of which calls they took. Either way I naively hung on, naturally expecting a pizza delivery and business to perform as advertised, but no one answered so I gave up and went there.

Upon arrival I could see they were really understaffed and then after about five minutes of waiting we found out they weren't serving anymore. So we took our business elsewhere to the more reliable and far more efficient Dominoes, where we could see the place was booming with business and coping adequately. Less than 15 minutes it took.

I have been using domino's in St Neots for sometime now. They have the usual wide range of pizza's on the menu and have a quick turnaround for collection orders. Unfortunately they do not deliver quite so far outside of town for where I live so I cannot comment on the home delivery side of the business.
The kitchens are open to view from the public sales counter and appear to be kept clean and tidy as a result. Staff are usually helpful and clearly spoken on the phone when placing an order and happy to advise on special offers currently available. Quality has been good and meets expectations.
