Ordered multiple times from here as its easy and just up the road, the food is great but the fact that they have got my order wrong / not delivered part of my order, multiple times. My driver today was great, and was the one who said I should ring and complain. I done thaf, now they're only just about to deliver the rest of my order. If i waited for the rest mine and my friends food would have been cold. So we have eaten, now we dont even really want the rest of the food. Never ordering from here again. Absolutely pathetic.

Over an hour and half to deliver 1.4 miles up a straight road!

Ordered for delivery and then had to wait for 1 hour 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive. I live by the council offices so pretty much up a straight road from dominos! And when the pizza arrived it was unsurprisingly cold. Phoned to complain and ask for a refund and was rudely told I couldn't get one. Emailed dominos head office and had a refund within 15 minutes.
