Poor delivery service

I ordered my food at 5:23pm. This is 6:35pm and we still have not received our food. I have called the branch twice. The first time I was told to wait 15 minutes before calling back that sometimes the app reads delivered when driver is on the way. I waited more than 20 minutes and Calle the second time and I was told the driver came and we were not home and that he tried calling. There are no missed calls on my phone. The driver told a lie. No missed calls and still after more than 1 hour, we are still waiting for our food.

bad mannered staff, absolute worst, thats what you get for employing people who dont speak english and are rude and dont know a thing about costumer service, avoid if possible

Pleasently suprised with the man who served me today, his English was perfect and there were no mistakes made.

The problem with this particular store is the amount of staff there that speak very little English, this leads to poor communication, mistakes being made and bad customer service.

Employ people who actually speak English and you might start to win some of your customers back.
