Domino's Pizza - London - East Sheen

First time I ordered pizza here i waited for half an hour and it didn't arrive. They didn't even call. Luckily I had agreed to pay when it arrived so I didn't lose money. The second time was a different story. Seeing as I was the only one with a card that had the money for the order, I put in my card details, and spent £50 on four pizzas for my group of friends, assuming that last time something must have gone wrong and my order would arrive without a problem this time. We had selected the "ASAP" option for delivery. I don't know Dominos' definition of the phrase but it must mean a very long period of time for them seeing as it never arrived. We had given the address and phone numbers. We never even got a message to say what was happening. We called them up and they assured us that the order was on its way (this was after waiting for 15 minutes after they had said they would arrive). Well, it never came, and I spent £50 for nothing. Despicable service, especially two times in a row.

They did not bring the bottle of 7 up we ordered neither did they return with the drink, effectively they stole our money.
