Domino's Pizza - Durham

From the several times ordering from this branch, I have been increasingly dissatisfied. On my first order, the order was slightly, in addition to missing the Herb dip, which didn't ruin the meal but was not a great first impression. The second time I ordered, the pizza base itself was quite stale and unpleasant. However, my third order, and the reason I feel the need to write the review, arrived 3 hours after placing the order; a cold pizza and sides; broken box squashing most of the toppings; a very shaken up drink which spilled everywhere when opened. This branch of domino's has lowered my view on the company as a whole.

Gave up with dominoes now they never have a clue what there own deals are and staff are even more clueless takes forever to get it ordered, why do you always have to have loads of different deals on that even your staff don't know about

Very speedy, absolutely delicious just a shame its a little over priced but will definitely order again xx

We have ordered from here all the time and have enjoyed it every time we ordered. the food was lovely and prices were great, delivery was always on time and i think that the one time it was late we got complamentary food, extra pizza and other extras, was about 45 mins as driver got lost. it only happened the once like. staff are polite on the phone and so are the delivery drivers. Pizzas are very tasty and very filling especially the stuffed crust the cheese is very stringy and i love that. Again prices were very reasonable and they did a lot of meal deals and family offers .
