Domino's Pizza

Worst dominos ever!!
First order turned up after nearly 2 hours with over an hour of frequent calls saying its on its way, despite the app saying it had been delivered 80 minutes before.
Second order seeing as hoped was a once off turned up 25 minutes after app says was delivered and to top it off was cold,
Staff on phone were clueless, have no track of delivery drivers clearly and are fiddling the numbers saying deliveries have arrived far sooner than is actually true, boosting performance stats with false records and letting the customers down without addressing a clear need for actual improvement, never known a dominos to be so bad and I travel the whole of the U.K. And Ireland this store holds the record for the worst performance and customer satisfaction throughout all of the U.K. And Ireland, and that's putting it politely what a let down this is for dominos

Ordered food around 18:20 today. Driver arrived at 19:25 and was missing part of the order. Said he'd go straight back to the store and pick it up. 30 mins later I called to the store and they said he was on his way. 30 mins after this, the driver still hadn't come back. Have called the store again, Andy said the pizza has been lost, would be remade and sent out. Still awaiting this 30 mins after the last call. Appalling service, not very happy and really hungry. Will not be using dominos again, especially as pizza hut is across the road
