Keep forgetting my order while I’m sitting in the shop and can clearly see me waiting.!!!!!!

Two very bad experiences. A couple of months ago I ordered pizza & chicken strippers in the shop. They said it would take 10 minuets. I sat down and waited and waited.....25 minuets later still no food, then they said oh sorry it will be another 10 minuets and I asked why and it was because he had forgotten my whole order and hadn’t even made it . No only that but the person making the pizza was on his mobile phone texting and answering the main phone which looked dirty then back to rolling pizzas and not washing his hands after handling the two phones ! Then I went in today because my son begged me For a pizza and guess what....... 35 minuets later !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they forgot my order AGAIN. Fumming .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever going to Dominos again. !!
