Rubbish Dominoes Alton

Awful customer service , once again Dominoes Alton gets an order wrong what a surprise. So that's the last time I order from there. I going to contact there head office not that it will do much good. The manager is incompetent and the staff don't care. There are plenty of other people that want your jobs and would do it properly. Absolute shambles. I didn't even want to give it one star.

Ordered food for delivery as I have a disability and diabetes wouldn’t let me pay cash witch is all I have I said if I don’t eat I could die. He said sorry about that … the manager is a complete fresh in numpty

AVOID No Refund & Disgraceful Customer Service

Pizza order didn't arrive and we called to get a progress report to be told it wasn't going to be delivered as the driver had to turn back because of an accident on the road. I would say this probably wasn't true and an alternative route could have been taken or a phone call could have been made to us. Nearly a month later, many emails and a few telephone calls later to Alton branch and head office we still have not received our refund. I would say the customer service is DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Delivery stated between 45-60 minutes, arrived within in half an hour which was a bit of an inconvenience as I was mid down under kissing on the missus. Otherwise too performance
