Arrived in the middle of a pandemic wearing no PPE. I think if you’re going into people’s houses you should have the courtesy of wearing a mask. Replaced the washing machine only to have to return a week later as it was no longer working. After again replacing washing left but not before telling me I could clean up all dirty black marks they’d left on the floor. As a workman if you make a mess clean it up!

The supposed engineer came to look at my fridge freezer without any testing tools or any tools at all. He came to confirm what I had already described on the phone. Never fixed anyhting 9n the first day as he never brought with him a soldering gun and claimed that the job was too big. All he had to do was reattach the wires on the fridge with a soldering iron.
He was meant to come and fix the wires the next day but never turned up at all.
Stay away from this company as they are not professional and the engineer looks dodgy.

first time using this company as i don't usually like to pay a call out.
They came the same day i phoned, And fixed the machine which needed a new belt.
This was a great service. the total bill included the call out fee with no extra cost other than the price of the belt.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM

They Charge £25.00 call out, your would think that would include taking a proper look eg take the back off your machine to see what the problen is,, BUT NO WAIT... its another £10 to do that... RIP OFF MERCHANTS....AND THE REPAIR MAN IS AN IDIOT!
