Domestic Bin Hygiene

This company is appalling. The service provided is uncertain, irregular, delayed and poor in everyway. Communication is also appalling. There is never any certainty as to when bins will be cleaned not any apparent timetable. Enquiries and complaints are not responded to.

DON'T USE! I paid in July and still waiting in November for bin to be cleaned. The company take weeks to respond to emails and just keep repeating that the bin was cleaned when it hasn't been.

When the bins are cleaned, they do a very good job. However on a number of occasions no one has turned up to clean our bins - possibly because our bins are collected by one council, but the entire surrounding area is covered by a different council which does mean the cleaners have to come out of their way to reach us and perhaps they forget?

Always a good job, just no always "just after" the emptying services; and I know that's not "contracted" but it's a pain when you can't use your bins, later the same day as they are emptied.
Otherwise, full marks.

Simple order process, cleaned well, no complaints
