terrible service

been let down six times and that is just for a service engineer for my oil fired boiler ,keep sending a gas engineer who cannot do it terrible service

Avoid! Avoid! Scammers.

Awful. Ajay came and quoted and could not deliver on what was quoted. I have pipes running outside which are unsafe. One guy who came could not show his gas card. And the flue is nothing but a disgrace. Surprise surprise they do not return any calls or texts now. Avoid at all costs. The Nest 3rd gen cannot be fitted on wall as promised so now have to buy a stand. They also blasted off the face of the bricks by drilling from the inside. The side of my house looks embarrassing from this and the pipe work. Avoid!

Floor standing boiler to Combi

Recently changed my floor standing boiler for a new combi at my rented house. This complex work was carried out by Domestic & General.
A matching brick was found for the old flue.
My questions were answered politely by both Installers Maqsood and Manz.
