Required a new stairlift for my parents. The sales side of the purchase was great. No hard sell and the home visit lasted just the right amount of time. You are given your quote and then it is up to you if you wish to go ahead. No pestering phone calls, no make a decision now or the price may go up rubbish. I placed the order and once the stairlift was delivered the engineers turned up and installed it in about 2.5 hours. They were polite and friendly , but also when they left apart from the new stairlift sitting in place, there was not a scrap of paper, plastic or a screw left any where. It was as tidy as when they arrived. I fully recommend this company on my experience with the sales and installation. Unlike other companies I contacted there was actually a person on the other end of the line, and not an answer service asking me to leave my number. Thank you to all concerned.

Dolphin quoted a new Stannah stairlift for 40% less than Stannah. Very prompt service, lots of choice, no aggressive sales and lovely engineers. I love my new lift and would strongly recommend them.
