unsafe

Followed a Dolphin coach collecting school children from Verwood to take to Cranborne Middle. Driver overtaking on bends with no consideration for other road users - car coming in opposite direction ended up on the verge to avoid him. Called Dolphin coaches to report - rude lady didn't want to know. Certainly wouldn't be happy with my children travelling on one of these coaches.

Worse customer service ever

If i could give less than one star i would have done so. This company is unprofessional, horrible customer service. The woman that answer the phone is so rude that I could not believe her manners. (disgraceful). Dont ever use this company
