I don't know what this company is like with regard to commercial property cleaning, but in my own experience of employing them to clean my house, they are truly dreadful. Unreliable, inconsistent regarding timing and the standard of cleaning has varied from good to absolutely appalling. Cleaners turned up when it suited the manager's schedule and, although I requested the same people each time, this did not happen. I have dispensed with their services but am still waiting for my key to be returned after 3 days of asking. Promised yesterday but did not arrive - yet another example of their unreliability.
