DogSmart Mobile grooming offers a one-to-one unique grooming service for all dog breeds. All treatments take place in a mobile grooming van parked right outside your home, so no more trips to the salon!

The DogSmart Mobile Grooming van contains a state-of-the-art conversion equipped with large hydrobath, grooming table, 280 litre fresh water tank, blaster and finishing dryer. All we need is a place to park and access to your electricity supply. We are very proud of the facilities and services we offer and we hope you and your dog will feel the same!

What a fantastic groomer! Having known Helen for 5 years, grooming my dog(s) I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Not only does she build a rapport with the owner, always making time for a chat but her actual clients 🐶 think she’s just as great. Get in quick though, the bookings in her diary are a testament to just how great she is 🐶🐶

Helen has been grooming my cockerpoo, Rufus, since she set up her business, and I would highly recommend her. Helen is the best groomer I’ve ever had; she is reliable, efficient and knowledgable. Rufus always enjoys his pampering and looks and smells fabulous when he’s finished.

Dogsmart Mobile home groom SHOCKING !

This groomer came to my home yesterday to groom my two Cavaliers. She failed to listen to instructions. One dog was left with razor burns, and red raw paws from this awful groomer. So bad I had to go to my veterinary who confirmed paw swelling and bruising to all 4 pads. Pictures available on request as evidence. This woman should not be in this line of business in my personal opinion.

Thank you for your review. I have offered to come back to correct anything you weren't happy with. My offer was declined. The following day you informed me that your dogs required veterinary attention, to which I asked you to get a vet's report, which I can forward to my insurance company so that any costs incurred as a result of my work could be reimbursed. I have not yet received a vet's report or seen the injuries that you are claiming I caused. It is relevant to mention the condition of the dogs pre-groom. The chest and tummy of one dog were tightly matted, and you agreed clipping was necessary when I showed you. However no injury was apparent at the time. The other dog had tight matts between her pads on all four paws. Where matting is present in paws there is also mud, debris, grit etc within the matts which once removed can uncover trauma caused by the matting itself. I am sorry that you are not happy with my service and that your dogs have experienced any distress.
