Understood the issue and provided a very reasonable quote for the repair. They were able to fit me in and carried out the repair within the quoted timescale (5 days). My computer (an iMac) was 'as new' on completion. the technicians were very polite and helpful.

I had a feeling my computer was in trouble even though I had security. I called was connected to a professional and went in my computer remotely. It did not take long. I did not have to do any of the work which was very nice. I know I paid surfshark and charged me but never was able to receive the security from that company. This company does all the work while I relax and just pay, I can call anytime with questions and they will explain things to me and make sure I understand, You have to remember when you take your laptop to places all they are doing is erasing everything on your computer and putting it back on. These professionals go in do their thing and no taking or picking up your laptop, and I mean who has the time for all that. Thank you Dr. Tech

A quick and efficient repair of an old 27" iMac which had failed completely.

Doctor Tech gave very speedy, straightforward and efficient service as well as showing high levels of IT skill and knowledge. In addition they were very pleasant to deal with and played 'with a straight bat' which was very reassuring in the minefield of IT repair.
I'm glad to have come across them and unhesitatingly recommend them to others. I wish them well.
