made an OAP feel silly

Gone down hill for me, used to be good but young chap has no clue.

First he put all my fans in the wrong way and second he charged me too much, one hundred and five pound to install 3 fans!!!

Would not give my pc back until payment was made. made a OAP feel silly too.

took it to north computers and he sorted it out for twenty pound.

Top class service.

I have been in to see John today at Dockside Computers and he has sorted out my problems for me. I really rate this guy, he listens to your problem and then sorts it all out for you. What I particularly like is he doesn't make you feel silly or inadequate. If you have a problem you don't know how to fix, try John at Dockside, I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Helpful staff

My laptop broke a week before my university deadline and I desperately needed my work from the laptop. Dockside computers were really helpful and managed to get the work off my laptop after confirming the laptop couldn’t be fixed. I bought a new laptop but wasn’t there how to open word documents on it, I gave dockside computers another ring and he was happy for me to drop by for him to advise me how to do it. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend

Great service and friendly staff. Fixed my printer straight away and explained how to avoid the problem for the future. Also gave me valuable advise on cost savings for ink us.
