I was in agony with my lower back and hips felt like they where in a vice i could hardly walk I was in that much pain I’ve tried chiropractors physiotherapy and massages and nothing worked and I called John and it sent 24 hours. I had an appointment.
I haven’t felt this good in ages I was in constant pain all the time highly recommend him really friendly guy 10 out of 10 service

I went to see John last month having suffered with hip, pelvis and knee pain for a long time. Had spent an absolute fortune on physio and chiropractic appointments with no relief. Simple things like getting up the stairs, getting in the car or even getting dressed were a chore and never getting a nights sleep with the pain.

ONE session with John and he had me up and down the stairs, the has gone and I have slept every night since. I cannot recommend John highly enough. There are no airs and graces, he’s just a guy who is amazing at what he does and just genuinely wants to help you. An absolute heart of gold.

John was very friendly and welcoming, put me at ease instantly. I went in with a sore arm and came out feeling like a new woman after about an hour’s therapy. Would definitely recommend even if only to fix age related aches and pains. Will use again to keep me feeling this good.

Just been back to see John for a second time feel like a new woman not only has he helped with my constant back pain he’s helped my arm even tho that’s my own fault for being on my phone constantly 100% recommend and I’ll defo be back in a few months to keep myself moving thanks again.

Seen john tonight for a sore knee that has occurred while i have been doing a lot of walking he worked his magic again ! As i have seen him before for my hip just amazing at what he does! Such a nice guy genuine down to earth thanks John i would highly recommend him.
