DM installed decking at my home, £15k. It would have been better if they had stolen my £15k and done nothing, as repairing it was more expensive than just starting from scratch.

The deck was installed with 450mm+ joist spacing, The manufacturer specifies the maximum as 300mm. This along with many other safety issues resulted in me falling through the ~1.5m raised deck as a board snapped under me.

I have made many attempts to work with DM solutions, I have sent emails, signed letters, they have ignored all of it. All I asked was that I wanted a deck that was safe and looked nice. I sent them videos from my CCTV showing parts of the deck blowing off in the wind. They don't care.

It cost me £9k to repair the deck. It was almost a full rebuild. Joists had to be moved and more joists added. DM told me they were selling me Dino decking, however when we bought more boards to replace the ones they damaged, we discovered they were not dino decking. I had to replace every single board.

Didn't finish the job and refused to carry out the agreed annual service which was a 7 year contractual obligation. Reported to Worcester Bosch who advised to use another Heating Engineer.

The engineers were very prompt, clean and efficient in their work. They laid dust sheets throughout the house and ensured that the system was running before they left. Excellent service.

This is the second time this company has helped me out in a very very big way, fantastic service time and time again,
