DK Plumbing and Heating

Came home after being away for a few days and found the place absolutely freezing. Boiler wasn’t working so no heating or hot water. Tried to get my usual plumber without success, therefore I did a search and came across DK Plumbing. First thing next morning I gave them a phone expecting not to be seen till next day, but I was absolutely delighted when Douglas said he would come over later in the morning to have a look. Result was I needed a PCB, if it was in stock he could come back next morning to fix it. The PCB was in stock and true to his word he came first thing next day and fitted the PCB and did a service on the boiler as well. Excellent service, tidy worker

I had a leak under my kitchen floor with the water damaging the ceiling of the flat below me. I called Douglas first thing and he managed to fit me in that afternoon. He was fast and efficient and completed the job in an hour or so. Highly recommended.

Contacted DK Plumbing and Heating after my Boiler packed in. Doug managed to fit me in to come check it out the following day. He quickly scourced a new one for me at a price i agreed on and fitted it the following day . I was impressed how quick he got on and got everything changed over and how tidy everything was after. Took his time to explain all the workings of the new one and even made me aware of a gas pipe problem i never knew about which i have agreed for him to replace too for me. On seeing Dougs professionalism and reasonable pricing i have got him to quote me on a few other Plumbing jobs in my home. Would def recommend DK Plumbing to others in Aberdeen :-)
