Dale from DJR Developments has been brilliant from start to finish in renovating our holiday cottage.

We had previously had a bad experience with another local contractor and so we were cautious when choosing our next builder. Dale impressed us from the moment we met him as he was very knowledgable and used his experience to guide us through the issues associated with renovating a 300 year old property, inside and out.

DJR Developments delivered the project not just to the agreed deadline but also delivered on the agreed costs and to Dales quality promise. We are delighted with the finished project and would highly recommend DJR Developments to anyone looking for a good quality home renovation.

Dale quoted on a number of jobs and all quotes were competitive and detailed. The wide range of jobs were completed with incredible care and attention. He delivered an honest assessment of each job and where the work once it began turned out to be a smaller job, the quote was marked down without requesting.

The quality of the work is second to none, I've been genuinely impressed. There was also a great deal of initiative and improvements made on the job, which added to the workload but not the price.

Its hard to find an honest builder that operates to a high quality - i now don't need to look any further.

Dale is a wonderful builder, excellent attention to detail, kind, tidy and punctual. It’s a pleasure to work with him and we are lining up more work for the future. Thank you Dale :)

Couldn’t recommend Dale enough! He has been brilliant from start to finish. A complete kitchen refit and the attention to detail and care over every element is exactly what everyone wants - you’d have thought it was his own kitchen!
