Dale from D J Surveying tested the textured coating on my bedroom ceiling for asbestos.
He emailed the results to me 2 days later.
Dale was very polite and professional and seemed to have a good knowledge of the subject. He was therefore able to explain what he was doing, which was reassuring.
The amount he charged was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Dale and his company.

In the process of selling a commercial property, having to use qualified electricians or plumbers or even fire and safety advisors is fairly straightforward as they are normally people that you have used a number of times before and know whether they will do a good job or not. But, how often do you employ someone to do an Asbestos report?
Well I can definitely recommend DJ Surveying they arrived within a couple of days and were able to provide the asbestos report within two days. They were extremely thorough and compared to other surveyors they were great value.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
