I have a Hotpoint machine and it was leaking water during last 10 minutes of cycle. Ryan and his colleague came out and carried out a thorough examination and identified the problem. They then took the part that was damaged away and repaired it and came back to refit the part and didn't leave until they were sure that all was working normally again. Washing machine now working again. Just goes to show it is worth trying to repair before replacing with guys like these available to deal with your machine. First class service from this company and would recommend them without any hesitation. The repair bill was very reasonable and in no way expensive. They were also flexible on when they came out to look at the machine so we could be around to see them and not have to leave it with parents or in laws to deal with. Thank you Rugby Home Appliances.
