Not impressed. £30 delivery charge. Bed delivered without headboard. I was asked to collect it from the store which is a 12 mile round trip. No offer of a refund of the delivery charge and when I asked if this was possible I was told no. Then I I was told that wasn't his problem as he had to pay the delivery drivers anyway and he was doing me a favour by giving me a new headboard and not the one that was on the display model! As it is the actual bed is poor quality and I am not altogether happy. As I was leaving the shop he said he'd be happy to sort me out with anything else. Of course I will not be returning!
