Avoid this company

Avoid this supplier, the products have manufacturing faults, our flooring lasted only a couple of months, and customer service are blaming everything but the flooring! Avoid as they are selling seconds and rejects! Worst flooring I have ever purchased, so disappointed. I am now having to replace 110m2 of flooring at my own expense as the customer service is a joke! Do not buy from this company!

Be careful with their recommendations. Absolutely terrible experience

The sales person over the phone told us to order the only type of underlay they have for LVT. As soon as the product arrived, our builder, plumber AND manufacture of our underfloor heating advised strongly against putting this underlay down. When I raised this with them, they said product would be 'suitable' although it wouldn't be at all energy efficient.
They made me paid for the return, even when they sent me something I didn't ask for
Their customer service is a joke, it doesn't matter who you speak to, all emails come from the same inbox with no names anywhere, so even if you ask to speak to the manager or escalate the issue with a format complain, it's probably the same person answering.
Their return policy said it takes 10 days for a refund to be processed, and of course they waited until the last minute to do so.
I'd not recommend this company at all

Terrible quality product & aftercare

Purchased LVT flooring in April but due to personal circumstances was unable to fit the flooring. Was stored correctly during this period but when very experienced fitter went to fit flooring the panels snapped easily in hand and would not click correctly into place. Contacted company for support but was fobbed off - manufacturer claimed was fitting error and even questioned temperature of room as fitter was wearing a body warmer in the photo (its December for gods sake). Asked if could have refund for unopened boxes (and said was willing to cover cost of delivery) but they won't accept them - why if there is nothing wrong with them as they claim? Surely they could resell them? Would never use again
