Bad customer service

Absolute joke this place.
No help in store from anyone. The wrong product supplied at the beginning of Dec as a result had an awful Xmas because I couldn't get the room finished. The replacement product was wrong. They don't even have a phone number for their own customer service.
Really don't care about the customer once they have your money.
Had to put up with mis matching product as no one knows wat they are doing. Not even willing to admit fault or compensate in any way. Avoid as all cost.
