Use them if you want your time wasting

Tried multiple times to get work carried out by this company. Spoke to Kev on each occasion. On more than one occasion he said he would ring me back with an appointment, but never did. Also on a few occasions he asked me to phone back on a certain day only to be informed they could not carry out the work. This week I rearranged my work as I was informed to ring Monday morning as they could do it that day. Phoned twice with no answer, left a message but he never returned my call.
I gave up and went to another company who did as they said they would.
Terrible company. Hopefully they can do something about Kev but I get the impression he is the owner! No hope if this is the case.
