We have used Direct Maintenance on a number of occasions and are always satisfied with the standard of their craftsmanship, competency and the professionalism of the entire company. We recently have had a conservatory built, which was a large construction due to the elevated location of our property; Martin the director project managed the entire works from design stage, through to build - coordinating all relevant craftsmen as necessary and ensuring that we, the client, were fully satisfied with development throughout. The entire team are very friendly, helpful and courteous - going out of their way to try to minimise disruption - this was of particular importance to us as we are pensioners and the team did everything they could to support and reassure us - also making helpful suggestions on finishes. We are very satisfied with the finished works - and would fully endorse this company.

Recently had work done by direct maintenance. They did a small extension at the back of my house.
The experience was great from start to finish. All aspects of work were carried out professionally and the finished look is better than I imagined.

We employed Martin and his team to undertake a refurb of our house. Rewired, replastered, new kitchen and bathroom plus some additional work such as new hearth, wooden floor in the living room and painted throughout.
