I can not recommend this company enough, they did an outstanding job installing 2 units in to ours and our daughters bedroom. They was polite, efficient, well priced and very respectful of our property. When the units were installed they went through it all with us and then left leaving no mess and no redecorating to be done. We couldn’t of asked for anything more.

I cannot recommend Direct cooling Services enough. I found them prompt, reliable and good at what they do. Having a major leak in the office which, left untreated would have caused thousands pounds of damage, I called Direct Cooling. They came as promised and explained the cost and what needed doing before they proceeded. I found the men very polite and efficient and I was extremely happy with the work.

After performing due diligence on a number of Aircon installation companies I found Direct Cooling Services UK the most reassuring in terms of accreditation and certification. The discussion and design proposal during the initial site survey also confirmed DCS UK where heads above the rest that had surveyed. The ducted installation was challenging as it was retro fit to our furnished home. DSC UK protected the floors whilst carrying out the works, observed Covid-19 requirements, were professional, courteous, polite, regularly checking and confirming for preference of each installed component, and always cleaned up after any work. The installation of the external and loft units are a work of art, installed to a very high level of finish, and the recommended ceiling vents are cosmetically very discrete. Visually, you wouldn’t know we had air conditioning throughout the home!
Always a big decision who to choose for such a project, but I chose wisely and extremely happy with the result.
