My media company loses a lot of business to the competition, mainly online competitors because I only work until 4pm, I asked DAA to take my calls and design appointment booking from 4pm until 9pm which only costs me a fiver per day ... bargain, I tried a few online automatic and robotic services and they didn't work and were much more costly, all of my appointments (from 4 to 9 pm) are put into a shared calendar which they created for me and all I do is check them in the morning, it's an incredible service and I think it's absolutely brilliant.

This company is brilliant and cost effective, I saw an ad on Facebook as I was struggling to juggle being a sole trader and answering calls and taking bookings whilst in clients houses, by the time I got home and called them back they had booked another cleaning service, with DAA they take all my calls for me and schedule all my bookings for only £1 per hour, so I don’t have to. They take my phone calls up to 9pm so I don’t lose any business bookings by being closed at 17:00 as they still man the phones until then, great service, amazing prices and it gives me the freedom to enjoy my evenings.

I came across this business on Facebook as I was looking to employ a receptionist, I couldn’t believe it when I saw this advertised as “from £1 per hour” so I called them, I spoke to James and he explained all the packages to me that are Bronze, Silver and Gold, and I immediately took the silver package as that’s what I was looking for, now I only pay £2 per hour to have my calls and bookings managed while I’m at work instead of paying the standard wage of £9.50 for a full time receptionist (which is around £70 per day), they open from 9:00-21:00, however I close at 17:00 so I’m able to still take bookings even though I’ve physically closed, and can relax for the evening , I just had to update my opening hours to 21:00 and I don’t lose any business to the competition who are open later than I am, as it’s handled for me, couldn’t recommend this company enough!
