Had a wonderful meal with my daughter on her birthday before going to see Billy Elliot at Victoria Palace Theatre. Could not fault the service, the meal or the ambience. It really made our day wonderful. We are planning to travel up from Kent especially to visit this restaurant with our family so they can share in the wonderful experience we had.
I highly recommend this restaurant to all.

Disappointing...

While I've had great experiences in other branches, notably London Bridge, I won't be eating at this one again - despite the Manageress' best attempts at salvaging our experience (once on the ball, she was very efficient).
My dining pal and I waited over an hour for our food (?) and I had bothered to make a reservation. It took at least 20 minutes to even get a drinks order in. Then after *several* complaints to numerous members of staff - none of which helped except (I assume) the Manageress, we didn't get the Dim Sum we ordered. It just never turned up.
So we finally ate our dim sum post-mains (like a bizarre dessert) after having to re-order - and in fairness this was gratis. But overall I found the staff brusque, and a little dense if I'm honest - aside from mentioned manager / head waiter.
Disappointing as was meant to be a quick catch-up dinner that turned into a 2 hour exhaustion.
The food *is* still good though.

This branch has a much nicer setting than the others (even if it is round the back of a station!). The food 3 times out of 3 has been excellent and i'm going there again tonight - need I say more? Check out the site for special offers and vouchers which they offer regularly! :o)

Looks good, but the food here is very average and I have been dissappointed on the 3 occations I have tried it. I do not think there is a single oriental in the kitchen and the food is a cheaper and worse version of offerings from the likes of Wagamama and Ping pong. I recommend you rather go to one of those and have a much better meal.

Nice, relaxed restaurant in Victoria

It's handy to have another handy, 'stylish' enough (by that I mean not a grimey pub or a fast food restaurant) eatery in the area.
I went here with a few friends for lunch one weekday. It was sunny outside so we sat in their outdoor seating area, which was really nice. There are plenty of tables and plenty of space, so we could relax without feeling crammed in.
The service was good - polite and friendly - and the food didn't take long to arrive.
Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and were happy with the prices being charged.
There were several tasty sounding vegetarian options, so that kept me happy.
We were left to relax at the end of our meal with some green tea, and the staff didn't hassle us with requests for drinks or desserts, which we all appreciated.
