I recently used this company to repair an old laptop and iPhone. I was worried about losing the data on my laptop as it held 5 years of my very important business documents along with hundreds of photos where this was the only copy, but everything was in safe hands and they were confident they could look after the files even if my repair couldn't be done. My iPhone had a complex issue but was communicated very well in my opinion, and I was kept completely up to date throughout the repair process. They are very open and upfront about prices, which are very reasonable and competitive as I had searched around before choosing them. Outstanding quality of work and a great company which I will certainly use again and would highly recommend.

I needed a new screen for my laptop as the old screen had an annoying vertical line on it. I took the computer in to the shop on Monday, got a rough quote for supplying and fitting a screen, left my computer and phone number. I was phoned with the exact sum and asked that the new screen was ordered and fitted. On Thursday I received anther phone call, collected the computer and I am delighted with it. I should have gone to Digitech sooner!
