Highly recommend it! I brought my laptop in for a google account issue. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The entire process was professional and stress free.

My mobile was damaged and Ozzie & Michael changed the screen but subsequently it was found that water had damaged the battery and other parts. I had paid £30 for a newly fitted screen and on my return 24 hours later they generously changed back to the old screen and refunded my £30 they were courteous helpful and only too happy to give my Money back despite spending much time.
These guys are first class, very knowledgeable very agreeable, can’t help you enough and very friendly. I would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be able to use them again.
