Like many other people I initially read reviews before contacting DD Aerials. I originally contacted them by email setting out my problem, they replied straight away and an appointment was made for a few days later. A chap called David was due to arrive between 12-5, but rang me around 9.30 to ask if he could come earlier as a job had been cancelled. He arrived promptly, was very professional in manner, attitude, and knowledge. We discussed the problem and a solution was decided upon. David gave me a quotation for the work before proceeding, the work was done in no time, David spent time checking that we were happy that everything was working correctly, and he was on his way. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. There was no hassle and no pressure. Five star service, and five star company
